What are I-Groups?
"I" stands for Integration. I-Groups support men in integrating their experiences and continuing their work after having attended a New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA).
About the Nanaimo I-Group
Begun in 2026 by four men who attended a NWTA, this was the restart of another local group which previously had a community presence in Nanaimo.
This is an "Open Group." Any man can attend whether or not they have ever been to a NWTA.
As a "Drop-in Group," there is no requirement or commitment to attend each week. Participants are welcome to attend as often as they choose.

Logistics
Every Wednesday
7 pm to 9 pm
The Men's Centre in Nanaimo
418D Fitzwilliam Street
Nanaimo, BC
First time attendance is Free. After that it is $10/visit.
Pay at each group or in advance, by etransfer, $40/month.
If cost is a barrier, let us know and we will work something out.
Parking is available in parking lot behind building and off of Richards Street.
Use the entrance on the East side of the building.
