The Forge - Coombs/Errington

A group of committed men who want stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of themselves.

What This Is

The Forge is a weekly circle for up to 8 men who are done with doing it alone. Each group is closed, the same men, every week, for one month, held by two facilitators. We ask you to commit one month at a time.

How A Session Works

Every week follows the same grounded structure. We open with a smudge and a grounding meditation, then a reading. We check in, then run an integrity round, the same question every time: did you do what you said you were going to do. From there we go deeper into what the men in the room are actually carrying. An opportunity to share feedback, that can be accepted or set down, and when other men concur, it carries more weight than any one opinion. We close by naming what each man will do before we meet again, then check out together.

One week each month is set aside for a teaching or discussion topic, chosen based on what's alive in the group.

What This Group Offers

• Real connection with other men
• A place to speak honestly about your life
• A structure that holds you accountable
• A safe space to express emotions without judgement
• A place where confidentiality matters
• An opportunity to learn about yourself

This Group Is For You If

You're tired of holding it in and doing it on your own. You want honest feedback, not polite agreement. You're ready to show up for the same men, every week, and let them show up for you. You want more than talk, you want to be part of something. You're ready to ask for help and experience change.
